PLACE AN ORDER

-Orders placed by 13:00 can be pick up in-store after 24 hours. (Mon-Fri 11:00-20:00)

-Orders placed by 13:00 usually ship the next business day (not including weekends or holidays)

SHIPPING TERMS

-Free local delivery with any online purchase of over $300 excluding fresh cake order and store pick up items.

-Delivery in Hong Kong only.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

-We will only accept return if your package is damaged incorrect, or missing item in your order, kindly email us at athk@tearoom.com.hk within 10 days of delivery.

-Online purchase can be returned or exchanged in-store only.
