Membership Terms & Condition

1.MEMBERSHIP

1.1. All membership lasts 12 months from the date you register, renew, upgrade or downgrade.

1.2. Basic member: Register for free, accumulated spending less than HK$5000 within the membership period, membership will extend 12 months, accumulated spending will reset after existing membership expires.

1.3. VIP member: Accumulated spending over HK$5000 to upgrade VIP member within 12 months. Accumulated spending less than HK$5000 within the VIP membership period, membership will downgrade to Basic member.

1.4. All membership accumulative spending will be automatically reset to zero at the end of the effective period.Membership will be terminated automatically without any spent within effective period.

1.5. Welcome gift will be given after your successful registration.  To redeem the welcome gift, present the confirm message to our staff if you are registering at our shop; or a redemption email for welcome gift will be sent to your registered email address within 7-10 working days if you are registering at other place.

2.BONUS POINT

2.1. Basic member: Earn 1 bonus point for every HK$20 spent, VIP member: Earn 1 bonus point for every HK$10 spent. (Including dine-in spending, purchase of retail product or spending on E-store)

2.2. All members are required to provide phone number before payment to earn bonus point. Members can check the bonus point on receipt.

2.3. Selected items can be redeemed upon accumulate bonus point to 50 points or above, redemption cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

2.4. All bonus points are valid for 12 months. Redeemed points cannot be used for next redemption. All expired points will be forfeited.

2.5. Birthday bonus point: Member can enjoy x2 bonus point on every dine-in spending or purchase of retail product on birth month.

2.6. Redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash or any products.

2.7. All redemption items are first-in-first-served basis while stock lasts. In the event of unavailability, the redemption items will be substitute by other items of similar value without prior notice.

2.8. Photos are for reference only.

3.OTHERS T&C

3.1. Any change in the member's email address or any other personal particulars, termination or withdrawal of membership, please email to athk@tearoom.com.hk.

3.2. TEAROOM (HK) LTD reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any reward privileges without any prior notice.

3.3. TEAROOM (HK) LTD may use information provided in application form for internal marketing purpose.

3.4. Members agree TEAROOM (HK) LTD, using, processing, transfer and disclosing the Personal Data in accordance with these Terms and as further described in our Privacy Policy.

3.5. TEAROOM (HK) LTD will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception or blocking by third party applications that cause the delay, loss, mistake or corruption of an information transfer. We shall have the right to cancel or deduct bonus points that are granted to any members by error without prior notice.

3.6. In case of dispute, TEAROOM (HK) LTD reserves the final right of decision.
