Peach Mint Gelée Shortcake
A shortcake layered with raspberry yogurt mousse and soft yoghurt cream between moist sponges. Topped with two types of peaches and peach mint jelly turns into a refreshing summer dessert.

Tomato Cream Sauce Pasta with Smoked Bacon and Vegetables
Stir-fried bacon, maitake mushrooms, lotus root & sweet potatoes finished with rich organic tomato cream sauce, toasted walnuts give a subtle nutty flavor.
