Orange Earl Grey Shortcake
Find our rich Earl grey tea mousse and orange jam between two soft layers of chocolate sponge cake.

Topped with oranges, apricots, caramel sauce and almond praline.

Strawberry Scone Shortcake
Using our homemade scones baked with walnuts, it's sandwiched with cream cheese gelato and Japanese

whipped cream. Finished off with fresh strawberries and our homemade strawberry sauce.

Shrimp and Rice Casserole with Bisque Sauce
Lobster bisque sauce and shrimp, buttery Japanese rice, white sauce, cauliflower, tomato & spinach

baked with two kinds of cheese. Serve with pumpkin & nut salad and green salad.

Roast Chicken and Mushroom Pasta with Soy Sauce
A delicious soy sauce-based pasta cooked with Maitake mushrooms and tender roasted chicken.

It's entangled together with our homemade mushroom & truffle whipped cream.

Tea Soda with Apple and Lime
A semi-sparkling Double apple tea soda with a gorgeous scent of two apple flavours topped with

apple and lime. Served with freshly squeezed apple & lime juice.

Apple Ginger Tea
Pot serviced "Double apple tea" flavored with fresh apple, cinnamon and star anise.

The scent of ginger will whisper behind the gorgeous scent.

Double Apple Tea
A gorgeous black tea with soft & sweet notes from Assam and Nilgiri. Blended with two apple flavours to give a rich aroma.
